Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will be charged half the session price and will not be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within an hour of your appointment, you will be responsible for the full session amount. To reschedule, you can easily update your booking on our website or reach out to us directly. We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations affect our ability to accommodate other pups ready to run!
